I don't actually know how I feel about this piece! I very much like both parts, but they make me feel completely different! The bottom makes me feel peaceful, like watching a flower float on water would make me feel. The top half reminds me of my fear of heights and all those times I went rock-climbing despite it. Looking at those mountains, I almost feel the rock under my fingers. It scares me and exhilarates me at the same time.
I like how thick and solid the mountains and clouds look and how, in contrast, the flower looks so light and delicate. The change in material is a very good idea.

Title: my favourite place
- this place is special to me because it’s a place me and my sisters would go when we went hiking at my grandmas camp. It’s special to me because I don’t spend much time with my sisters and it was a place we always went.
- the link between the object and the place is that when we went to camp my grandpa and grandma would always do gardening with us. And we ended up taking taking some flowers to the place one time.
- the object is important to me because it reminds me of the time I spent with my grandparents and my sisters
- I think the mountains the most. They were the most fun to draw.
- I feel happy and emotional when I see this because it reminds me off the time with my sisters and I don’t spend slot of time with them so it made me emotional!
